I own a residence, and I disagree with the negative review that was posted. Residence Elena has detailed rules that are strictly enforced, including set pool hours and a ban on dogs in shared areas. I don’t understand the reasoning or source of that comment, since it’s far from reality. To me, this is a magical place: quiet, well cared for, surrounded by nature, with an enviable lake view. The residents are pleasant and welcoming.
