The food service was just as disappointing as the room. Breakfast and dinner were incomplete, and the dishes, tablecloths, and cutlery were dirty. Even the following day, everything was still the same, so it seemed nothing had been cleaned. My expectations for the hotel had been high, but the room changed that quickly: the floor, bathroom, and space under the beds were dirty, and the sheets had hair and dirt on them.

The rooms are roomy enough and have balconies, and they get cleaned daily. The food is tasty and there’s plenty of it. We found the staff really friendly, too. They even put on a DJ night for us. Thanks!

My daughter came back from her school trip with a pretty awful report. She found sticky floors, dirty sheets, and pillowcases with twigs and insects in them. The frozen food was poor quality, and the rooms had broken shower heads, hair dryers, and bed slats. She also said the staff were rude. A terrible stay, even by the modest standards we expected for a school group.

ANGELO was a really professional DJ, and the director kept us company during our three days there. We celebrated my best friend's birthday and had a fantastic time. The spa spoiled us, and we laughed so much. The food was great, and everyone was a professional at their job. Thanks, and see you next time!
