The shuttle is good and the airport is very close, but the rooms are quite pricey. Most of the staff were very helpful, especially in the restaurant. Check-in was a problem, though: I'd booked two rooms and the hotel cancelled one for some reason. They sorted it out, but it took a while. The rooms were hot, so I had to ask for a window to be opened. The bedside light panel is annoying, and the bed felt a bit hard to me.

The staff were polite, room service was very good, and breakfast lived up to high expectations. The shower gels smelled chemical, and we had to call reception to get the room temperature adjusted to a comfortable level. Being so close to the airport makes it easy to reach the terminals if you stay the night before a flight. The downside is the distance from the city centre, plus tolls on the way in and expensive taxi fares to get there.

It's in a very quiet area right across the highway from MXP airport, and the rooms are quiet too. The hotel looks brand new, with a nice, modern minimalist design inside and out. Check-in was quick and smooth. There's an airport shuttle for 5 euro. All in all, a good stay, and I'd recommend it.

The hotel itself is lovely and up to a very good standard, though I only stayed one night. Getting there is the difficult part: a taxi for the five-minute trip would cost over €100, or you can take their shuttle for €5 to or from terminal 1 and €10 to or from terminal 2. Breakfast was nice, but felt a bit limited for the price, maybe because I'm used to an English breakfast. The airport transfer service needs some work. I waited outside Malpensa in the November cold for 40 minutes, even though I'd let them know in advance I'd reach the pickup point five minutes later than expected. After arriving, I had trouble contacting the hotel because nobody answered the phone. I eventually got through by choosing the bar option.
