Hotel Adler Cavalieri

Umberto and the bar and breakfast team were kind, accommodating, and helpful the whole time. The hotel staff even arranged a private massage for us. We liked being near the train station, on a quiet road, with all the sights still an easy walk away. We’d happily stay again.

Dash kept our room shipshape and clean. Breakfast at the outstanding restaurant was excellent, and each morning Luca helped our family get a table in the greenhouse and made sure the meal was just right. We were there for two nights and especially want to recognize Umberto at the front desk, who was patient and helpful while finding us a private, quiet room.

Everything else was flawless, so it’s a shame about a couple of housekeeping issues. We got two rolls of toilet paper at first, but they weren’t replaced as they ran low. Our door’s lock had been left open by the previous occupant, and the door had closed and damaged the lock structure. Staff made a temporary repair and said they’d replace it the next day, but during our four-day stay nobody came or changed the lock. We’d still stay again. If management sees this, it was room 313, and I hope they fix it as promised. The hotel was lovely and clean, reception always had someone there, and the location was good.

The room was clean and had plenty of space for our suitcases and clothes. Breakfast was fresh and really good each morning, and the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is pretty, right beside a bus stop, and quiet at night. I’d absolutely recommend it!
