Getting here from Malpensa without a car takes some planning. There's a shuttle every half hour from the terminals to the hotel, and a more frequent free bus between the two airport terminals stops about a five-minute walk away. That stop is poorly marked. I'd ask the hotel for directions ahead of time if you want to avoid a taxi, and they were helpful when I asked. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, the reception process was easy, and the staff were nice and helpful. There's also a bar where you can unwind in the evening. Breakfast was very good, though the scrambled eggs were soggy and not warm enough. Pleasant place to stay, and I'd recommend it.

I booked for one night before a 6am flight from T1. We arrived by train the evening before, walked out of the doors, and saw the Sheraton right away. The free shuttle stop was on the median just past the taxi stand. The room was quiet and clean, with plenty of space and a modern bathroom. Waited

I haven't stayed at Holiday inn Malpensa yet, but I still wanted to leave a positive review. Conflict escalating in the Middle East led to our flights being cancelled, so we couldn't get to Milan. My booking was fully paid and non-refundable, but when I contacted the property, they agreed to give me a full refund. Great customer service, thanks!

Breakfast had lots of options, and we also had a great meal at the restaurant. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a particularly comfy bed and good soundproofing, so I slept well before my flight. The staff were friendly, professional and ready to help, which made me feel welcome. Holiday Inn near Malpensa is only a short ride from the airport, handy for either arrivals or departures. I had a wonderful stay and would return when traveling through Milan Malpensa.

We had to leave at 4 AM, and they thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast. The airport noise didn't bother us, and the staff sorted out my issue quickly and without any trouble. Our room was clean and comfortable. There's a free airport shuttle, plus a bus station a short walk away. A great choice if you need to be near the airport. I'd stay here again next trip. 🛬💕
