Handy for MXP, and fine for a night before flying home. Check-in, reception, and parking were okay, though nothing special. We skipped the food, and breakfast wasn't included, so we drove to a nearby town to eat. The soundproofing really is nonexistent, as other people have said. You can hear neighbors talking or snoring. I wouldn't choose to stay more than one night.

We were disappointed by the difference between what Booking.com showed and what we found. The property and area looked old, neglected, and almost abandoned. It's very isolated, with restaurants and basic services hard to reach without a car, and that wasn't made clear beforehand. We also weren't told that the farm no longer existed, even though that was an important reason we booked. We arrived around 1:00 PM and the restaurant was closed, so there was nowhere nearby to get food. A kind employee at a local bar helped us order pizza from Somma Lombardo for delivery. When we asked the airport transfer driver to take us into town, we were asked for an extra 10 EUR for a trip of just 3.5 km. Our reservation included breakfast, but we left at 4:00 AM and missed it. The packed breakfast they provided was extremely poor and fell well short of reasonable expectations. I attached a photo of what we got. The lack of transparency and the gap between the listing and reality left us very disappointed. I hope this feedback helps with future improvements.

Avoid this place. The hotel has no amenities, and the restaurant was a mess for us. We ordered “scallops in white wine” but got veal scallopini instead. I don't eat veal, and since they don't speak English, I said I didn't want it and asked for more lasagna. After waiting 15 minutes with nothing brought to us, we decided to leave. Then they tried to charge us for the veal. The hotel stay and restaurant experience were both bad.

There's nothing nearby, and the food is very expensive. A tea costs €2 and a small piece of chicken schnitzel is €16. The room didn't even have a small fridge or a kettle. The Booking.com amenities aren't there: it has basically become a parking area. If you're going for the horses, chickens, or children's activities mentioned in the listing, those facilities don't exist. It's just a parking lot full of cars.
