Getting here was easy: the Terravision bus from Milano Centrale took about 45 minutes and cost 10 Euros per person. The hotel is beside Terminal 2, with the free shuttle stop for Terminal 1 across the street, so it works well for an early flight or a late arrival when you don't want to drive into Milan. The front desk team were friendly, helpful, and professional, even while handling the bar from the same station. We didn't eat there, though the prices looked fair for an airport hotel. Breakfast was available for 9 Euros, if I remember right, but we skipped it because of our early flight. One small gripe: the wine servings were tiny, barely four ounces. The room was compact but clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It could have used a chair. The mattress was firm and supportive.

The room was clean and a decent size, and check-in was fairly quick. Staff were helpful, and the hotel is just a three-minute walk from the airport. A motion-activated light under the bed was handy for finding the bathroom at night. Sleep was the problem. The TV switched itself on three times, even though we weren't lying on the remote, and apparently this is an issue they know about. Outside noise came through too. It was very warm, and opening the window meant hearing that noise all night. We slept badly. Breakfast was fine. I'd stay here if I needed somewhere close to the airport, but this wasn't our best night.

The rooms are on the small side, but I was surprised by how little airport noise you could hear inside. The location opposite the airport makes this a handy place for a short stay. A strange thing at dinner: when you order a main course and dessert as a combo, they arrive together. At least a drink is included. Parking needs to be reserved ahead of time.

The airport terminal is only two or three minutes away, and the rooms are quiet. The reception staff were helpful, and the bar and restaurant were good quality. For somewhere around Malpensa Airport, this is the best choice you may have. The price seems fair for the location.

We were only there for six hours, and that was enough. The room was dirty and dated, the TV wouldn't work because its power lead couldn't reach, and a light on the table stayed on all night. I also woke to strange white dust on the bedside table. The shower itself was good, though some fixtures were starting to come loose. There was no drinking water in the room, and getting to Terminal 1 wasn't especially easy. The bed was stiff, uneven, and very uncomfortable, especially for two people. No spare pillows, and the room was too hot. Doors slammed through the night, shaking the room and waking us several times. We didn't try the food, and given the state of the room, I'm glad we didn't. We never received an email confirming the booking, which should have been a warning. Other Moxy stays have been much better. At checkout, staff didn't ask how the stay had been. Maybe they know. For this price, it's outrageous. Don't bother.
