The owner took more money than was due at payment, saying he didn’t have change, then disappeared and ignored my attempts to reach him. The whole stay was disappointing and badly managed. Our room door didn’t shut properly, which raised serious safety concerns. The sheets were dirty and clearly hadn’t been changed, and there was a lingering smell from the bathroom. Noise and shouting from other rooms went on late into the night, so sleeping was impossible. The air conditioning didn’t work, there was no hot water, and the hair dryer couldn’t be used either. Highly not recommended.

I’m the sister of someone who stayed at this property. From the photos my sister saw, I was shocked by this little cellar being sold as a B&B, and even as a relais. It has nothing of a relais about it, it’s a total hovel. The bed had dirty sheets and crumbs. A broken door handle had been stuck on with glue that was dripping onto the door, and the handle was yellow. The bathroom was dirty, with feces or manhole debris floating in the tub, and all kinds of bad odors. The entrance was super filthy, so dirty that even my sister’s dog refused to go in. The owner was disreputable and highly unreliable. The owner took the money for the shuttle transfer from the guests, then used a health excuse and didn’t take my sister, my brother-in-law, my nephew, and the dog to Naples station. There’s a tea. If you really want a holiday, absolutely don’t go to someone fraudulently offering a property that doesn’t actually exist. They’ve published phantom, fake, deceptive ads for this supposed golden property, with nothing to do with reality. I’m forced to give one star, but this place deserves -1000. Truly squalid, unwelcoming, and very dirty.

I booked for New Year’s Eve and paid by bank transfer. The day before we were due to arrive, I got a message saying the property had been damaged and was uninhabitable. I reported it for alleged fraud and consulted a lawyer, but strangely, the rooms were rented to other people. I have documentation for everything.

I was very disappointed 😞. We’d booked three nights, including a taxi from the station when we arrived and a ride from the hotel to the central station for the return. They asked for half the deposit, but I paid on arrival... too bad. The room was dirty. The handle, which had been glued on, came off right away. There were pigeon droppings on the balcony, a camera at the entrance with no sign to indicate it, and a fire extinguisher on the floor. The bathroom was outside the room, smelled of sewage, and was in terrible condition. There was constant shouting from neighboring rooms, the toilet had no lid, and the bathtub was unsightly 🫣. As we were leaving, the owner apologized on WhatsApp and said he couldn’t drive us to the station because he had a fever of 104°F 🤒. Too bad he’d already taken the fare 🤬. He then became unavailable for the hours that followed, leaving us to deal with the last-minute hassle of getting to the station. It was a nightmare, and I’d like to spare other unfortunate people the same experience.
