The owner was incredibly rude. When guests complained, he pointed them out to his friend. He also kept the pool closed until 1pm, even with the kids waiting, and still didn't open it. We were told over the phone that the rate would be 110 euros per night, but were charged 150 euros per night in the end. The rooms were dirty and the owner refused to clean them. The A/C wasn't working even though it was 40 degrees outside, and the loungers hadn't been disinfected. Awful place, I wouldn't recommend it. Avoid it at all costs, it will turn your holiday into a nightmare.

The staff were really friendly. From the hotel's swimming pool, you get an amazing view of the vineyards around it.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet, and breakfast was satisfying. There's parking, and in summer the white-sand pool on the terrace looks out over the valley. It's on a hill next to the Custoza ossuary, with a simple, friendly welcome. The view is something special, stretching across the valley from the lake to the Trentino mountains.

We had breakfast at 8:20 on the terrace, with a lovely, relaxing view over the hills and pool. The room was cozy and came with towels. It had its own bathroom with a shower and bidet, plus shampoo and shower gel samples. A special key system switches the electricity and heating or air conditioning on and off to reduce waste.

Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the landscape was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and there was private parking. The large pool was clean and surrounded by fine white sand. Mr. Giuseppe was so kind and helpful, and I want to thank him. We will definitely return.
