I've been coming regularly for about three years, and it's always a pleasure to return. I met Santa and Nicola, who are fantastic people. The facility is lovely, and the rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. It's only a few minutes from Taranto, handy for travelers, and just steps from the sea.

I found this place by chance while looking on Google, and we originally planned to stay with family for just two nights. The owners, Mimmo and Enzo, were so welcoming, and the property is set in a wonderful park. Breakfast each morning helped convince us to extend our stay to six days. The welcome and customer service were fabulous, the rooms clean, and the bathrooms new. Highly recommended!

The property only feels welcoming from the outside. The rooms are clean, but need renovation, and several have shared bathrooms. Breakfast was adequate. It's not suitable for groups, and there is very little privacy in the common areas because of 24-hour video and audio surveillance. Air conditioning is either missing or not working, and there are no mosquito nets.

It looks nice, but the customer service was zero. We paid for a suite and got a smaller apartment because of a mix-up. Nobody told us ahead of time, so we couldn't choose whether to accept the change or cancel. There was no phone in our room, at least, so when we needed reception in an emergency, we had to go outside and call. One evening we left fresh food in the fridge, came back to find the lights off, and went to reception. We rang insistently, but no one answered. There isn't parking in the area, so having an indoor space is a great option, even if it's inconvenient. I'm sorry I can't be more positive, but that's what happened to us. Maybe we just had bad luck on those two days, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. 👍
