On our way to Bari, we stayed one night and were pleasantly surprised. We got two lovely, spacious rooms with a charming feel, plus an entrance hall with a great view over the Mare Piccolo and Taranto.

We had a class reunion dinner here and the food was fresh, with a great range of starters. The dining room is magnificent, and since we were almost the only ones there, the staff didn't mind that we got a little loud. Everyone was kind. All in all, a great place, the best in the whole city.

Our office dinner at Al Faro turned into a great night 😍. The atmosphere was nice, and my colleagues said the food was really good 😄. I'm vegan, though, so I had very few options.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location felt secluded and restful, and it was clearly popular for dinner. The hotel manager made us feel very welcome.

The hotel seems to be used mostly for functions. During our four-day stay, several weddings, anniversaries, and birthday parties were quite noisy, with fireworks going off until 3 a.m. The restaurant was either closed or reserved for people attending the event. There aren't other restaurants nearby, and the area is very remote. Reception management was dismissive and didn't take guests' requests into account. I wouldn't choose it for a business trip or for a quiet, quaint stay as a tourist.
