We loved our stay and may well come back. The hostess was warm and welcoming, and her breakfasts are legendary! The four-person apartment is set into the rock, which keeps it very cool. Rooms are clean and well cared for. The property sits on a hill amid green olive groves, with a breathtaking view of the Pontine Marshes. It's close to the sea, though less expensive than the seafront.

Mrs. Vincenza's warm welcome and courtesy add something special to this peaceful place. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the view makes the Vecchia Scuola even more beautiful. It may seem far from the main amenities, but they're only a 15-minute drive away. Her homemade breakfasts are unforgettable. A real paradise for anyone looking for quiet. I'll definitely return.

Mrs. Enza was kind and welcoming, and made ring cake, croissants, coffee, and fruit juice for breakfast. Our room was spotless and spacious, with a very comfortable bed, plus a little outdoor area that was nice for breakfast or some fresh air. The location is well connected to Terracina and San Felice Circeo, and parking was easy in this guarded area. We both had a wonderful weekend here, surrounded by nature, clean air, and a landscape straight out of a movie.

The views were breathtaking, and the room was comfortable and very clean. The hostess was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to, with fantastic hospitality and homemade breakfast treats. A great spot for getting away from Rome. Thanks again, Vincenza!

The owner's kindness really makes the difference. This welcoming B&B is in the upper part of Sonnino, with magnificent views and a handy location for getting to the coast without too much trouble.
