The staff were kind and clearly doing their best, which is the only reason I’m giving this one star instead of zero. Everything else about the stay was awful. We traveled with our baby and paid for a “standard” room that was tiny, then paid extra to upgrade and somehow got an even worse one: dirty, moldy, run-down, and full of ants. Calling this a 3-star hotel is laughable. The owner decides whether guests are “allowed” to use the air conditioning. It was nearly 30°C outside, the windows barely opened, and we had a baby in the room, but apparently that still wasn’t “hot enough” to turn on the AC. We paid €630 for 3 nights in those conditions, which is insulting. For the first time in our lives, we checked out early. Now they’re refusing to refund the nights we didn’t even stay. I’ve stayed in cheap one-star motels that were cleaner, bigger, and better managed. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The private garage was a real convenience and made parking stress-free, which is a big bonus in the city. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. Public transport is easy to reach, and all the main attractions are nearby. Paolo at reception was especially friendly and helpful, sharing great local tips that made our trip more enjoyable. Thanks for the warm hospitality.

The rooms were clean and fine, though a little tired. For a budget hotel right in town, it was OK. There seemed to be quite a lot of staff, with two people arranging leaflets when I arrived, but the ability to handle operational issues seemed limited. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the city’s bars and restaurants. Getting there is great, all downhill. The walk back after dinner, though...

The room had plenty of space, and the bathroom and staff were fine. The location was OK, nothing special, and you can park in their garage, though a spot isn’t guaranteed. The Wi-Fi was so bad that the overall score shouldn’t really be above 1/5. Don’t plan on using the internet if you book this hotel.

The only good part was the blond-haired male receptionist, who was extremely professional. The bathroom had visible mold, and there were ants in the room, so it was impossible to relax. Cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable, and this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It had nothing to do with Best Western or a 3-star hotel, unless Italian standards differ from European ones. It also didn’t match the photos online.
