The hostess, Alessandra, also runs the restaurant, and the food there was unbelievably good, all fresh and great value. That was one of our two big surprises. The other was how welcoming she and her whole family were. We felt at home straight away. Our room was freshly renovated, very well kept, with an excellent shower and the best bed we had in two weeks in Italy. The views are beautiful, the surroundings very quiet, and at night it's absolutely silent.

The interior feels new and is adorable, and everything was super clean, right down to hygienic covers on the mattress. The air conditioning worked great even on 100 degree days. The owners were kind and the service was excellent. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. There are plenty of restaurants a short drive away. We loved Osteria Maccale in San Giovanni Della Contee.

We only stayed one night, but I’d happily do it again. The owner was kind and very helpful, and the room was spotless, cozy, heated, and had a new feel to it. The bed was comfortable, and the quiet area is great for a weekend away. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade products.

The location is great, with important villages and Etruscan necropolises just a few kilometers away. Evenings are peaceful and quiet, too. The interiors have been recently renovated, and our room and windowed bathroom were both a good size and CLEAN. Mrs. Bina welcomed us warmly, and the breakfast she made was lovely. The homemade cakes were delicious, with savory choices available as well. We had a great weekend and I recommend it. Anna

Mrs. Bina’s friendliness was what stood out most. She was so kind and helpful that we felt right at home, and she made lots of delicious food herself to please us. The B&B is new, with beautiful, practical rooms, and we thought it was excellent value for money. My friend and I stayed one night. We’ll definitely return.
