The cave spa was peaceful and beautifully kept, and my daughter and I loved wandering the grounds and taking photos. Our room had a private terrace looking over the lemon trees, and the whole place, from the patio to the room, felt modern, elegant, and relaxing. The staff were warm and helpful from the start, even welcoming us with fresh fruit. They also arranged our massages for the same time, which worked out perfectly. The one snag was the pool. We checked in just before 5:00 PM after a long travel day and understood it stayed open until 7:30 PM. When we arrived around 5:30, we were told it had closed. I later found online information saying it usually stays open until 6:30 PM, so missing the swim we’d been looking forward to was disappointing for both of us. The staff were kind about it and let us use the pool the next morning, which helped make things right. Artis Domus Relais is a lovely property, and we’d happily come back.

Rita looked after us so well, and I had an amazing facial in the cave spa. The pool area was clean and beautifully maintained, and the whole place felt like a calm little escape from the busy town. Thank you so much ❤️

We had lunch here one afternoon and really enjoyed it. The staff did their best to make us comfortable and welcome, even though they weren’t fluent in English. The pastas were all delicious, especially the zucchini, tomato, and mussel options, which I’d recommend. We also toured the spa, which looked modern and clean.

The place itself is amazing, but the service was terrible. It was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money or time here.

The cave itself was pretty, but the massage experience was terrible. I called at 2:57 PM and was told to come at three. I said I couldn’t make that, repeated that I couldn’t, and was still told to come right away, so I walked over. I paid over $100 for a 50 minute massage, then got put in a room with no air or music and a rock hard bed. They didn’t cover my naked body. I told the masseuse I had a bruise and asked her to be careful there, but she didn’t understand me. She started at my feet, which made no sense, and rubbed over a cut on my foot too. I got up and left right away, then politely asked for my money back. The woman said she couldn’t refund it. The whole thing felt rude and unprofessional. To clarify my point about the appointment time, someone who speaks English should be communicating. And no, they didn’t offer a massage the next day. She said that wasn’t possible. They said they’d put me in a different room, but when I asked for a different masseuse, she said no.
