We arrived with a confirmed reservation, but they refused to check us in and left us without anywhere to sleep. They offered no other option and issued no refund for our $400 room. Instead, they threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave. It had been advertised as a hotel and booked through a hotel platform, so we were not expecting a place that felt more like a hostel, with what seemed to be shared space for several parties. The lack of help or resolution ruined the trip and cost me a significant amount of money. Save yourself the stress and stay elsewhere. Hotels nearby are actually better priced and provide far better service.

Loved it. The room was beautiful, communication was excellent, and the location was superb. It was great having facilities where we could eat food from outside. Absolutely wonderful.

We had a room for me, my daughter, and my mum, with our own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and everything looked clean. The shared kitchen was sparkling, and breakfast was served every day from 8-10 am. The location right in central Sorrento was amazing, with restaurants and bars just steps away. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend it.

Christina and Sethu were kind and helpful, especially with their local suggestions. The B&B was comfortable and very clean, and breakfast was included. Its location was great too. It’s been the best place we’ve stayed so far on our trip :)

We loved our four-night stay at B&B Veru. It was great value, and the spotless, modern room and good breakfast made it an easy recommendation. Christina and Situ were helpful whenever we had questions. The B&B is right by the train station and bus stop, handy for day trips to other towns and Pompeii while exploring the Amalfi Coast.
