Once we shut the door, you wouldn't know this modern, cool room was right in the centre of Sorrento. The soundproofing was fantastic. Maria Teresa took care of our trips and airport transfer, which we recommend because the airport was chaotic. She even messaged to check we'd caught the transfer, then reminded us the day before each trip and told us when breakfast would be. She was so lovely, went above and beyond, and gave us great restaurant suggestions. We had a wonderful week at Bougainvillea Relais and can't recommend it highly enough.

Teresa made check-in easy and took time to point us toward local food, shopping and the best gelato spots. She was incredibly warm and helpful. I stayed at Bougainvillea Relais in Sorrento in a Superior Room from February 23 to 27. The property is around an 8-10 minute walk from the train and bus station, and most key spots are a comfortable 10-15 minutes away on foot. The room had a lovely balcony where breakfast was served. As a vegetarian, I had simple choices: coffee, fresh orange juice, and toast with jams. It was all fresh and nicely prepared, which I appreciated. A comfortable, pleasant stay with great hospitality. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento.

Maria Theresa was always just a text away and couldn't have done more for us, even though everything was perfect. The bed was really comfortable, the bedroom and bathroom stayed spotless, and the air conditioning was great. We also had a lovely balcony overlooking the street and hills. The attractions and the port for Capri, Naples and beyond are only a short walk away. We had a super stay.

Teresa was lovely and did everything she could to make the trip a great one. She went the extra mile arranging a reasonably priced Amalfi Coast tour, and our guide was fantastic. The beautiful rooms were exceptionally clean, and we were within a 10-minute walk of the main piazza and lots of restaurants. I highly recommend Teresa and Bougainvillea Relais, and we'd rent from her again if we return to Sorrento.

We had breakfast delivered to our balcony each morning, a lovely place to sit. The room was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed, including air conditioning. Maria Theresa was an amazing host, always available for questions or restaurant and excursion suggestions. It's a five-minute walk from the train station, and the ferry port is an easy five-minute shuttle ride from there. The main Piazza, restaurants and shops are within walking distance too. A wonderful place to begin our Amalfi Vacation. We'll stay here again when we're back in Sorrento and recommend it to our friends. Grazie Mille!
