The best parts were the central location, roomy clean accommodation, large windows opening toward the sea, and a glimpse of the water. For the price and stellar customer service, I rated it highly, and we enjoyed our stay. The style is lovely, but there are some inconveniences if you're used to regular hotel service. There wasn't a direct phone number or anyone available around the clock. The housekeeper was wonderful and helped me get in touch with staff in the morning, though that wasn't ideal. Hot water ran out fairly quickly, but came back fairly fast too. Breakfast was limited, and we had to choose ahead of time what would be brought to the room. It was romantic, but awkward if you wanted options or to eat as a couple, since there were no bed trays.

I never got to stay. I was traveling from Naples on a Sunday night and understood from Google's 24-hour listing that reception would be open at least until 11 pm. I'd booked a room, but nobody was there when I arrived and no one answered the phone. Maybe Sorrento does things differently, and it was Sunday, but I paid a lot and got nothing in return.

We stayed one night in this lovely, clean place, and the location was good. Bring a 10-cent coin for the lift. It's very slow, but it does get you up! 😅

The rooms were nice and the location was great, but service wasn't good. There was no communication, which made checking in difficult.

The owners are always around to help at this B&B in the heart of the city. The renovated rooms have cozy flooring, and the bathroom is nice, with a big shower. Highly recommended!
