Luca was a fantastic host. He had ideas for places to eat and things to do, and even offered to help us look for a particular product in Piano di Sorrento. We’d happily come back to Relais La Rupe. Our room was spacious, quiet, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Though the hotel is in a tourist area, it sits far enough back to avoid the noise and bustle. We could walk to good food, the scenic coastline, and the train station, which made it an ideal base while visiting Sorrento.

Luca looked after us so well, always ready to help and greeting us when we returned. He arranged an amazing private trip to Paestum, where we saw the three best-preserved Greek temples in the world, and gave us excellent dinner suggestions. Staying at Relais La Rupe felt like being with an old friend or family member. The location is also great, just a two-minute walk from the center of Sorrento. Luca is a great guy, and this is a great place. I hope we get back one day.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, and the garden and shared spaces made for a peaceful place to unwind. The property is well maintained, with beautiful views and a charming atmosphere in a stunning location. Luca deserves special mention. He was kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful, and made us feel welcome and cared for. His thoughtfulness made the stay feel personal and memorable. I’d love to return, a well-earned 5/5.

The courtyard rooms are in an ancient villa and have private bathrooms. There’s a private garden and a pool, and the place felt safe, clean, and relaxing. It was easy to walk to restaurants, shops, marinas, and the train and bus station. Luca makes sure your stay is enjoyable and memorable. He was the best host we had on our trips in Italy.
