The location was convenient, and I thought the quality was great for a reasonable price. Everything, from the lobby to the rooms, was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable, affordable place.

The owner was the kindest person you could meet, and the bed was so comfortable. The Reed B&B was close to Sorrento train station, the beach and the city centre. My four-day stay was amazing. The room was spacious and clean, and the owner helped us add an extra bed for a friend for one night. I highly recommend it :)

There was construction going on until 4pm, and the noise was impossible to tolerate. The beds were crawling with bed bugs, so we had to sleep on the floor after no one responded to us all night. The owner denied it, either because he doesn’t know what bed bugs are, which is sad, or because he’s a bad host. He also refused to refund our payment for the second night. Please don’t book this disgusting B&B.

The rooms were nice, but not worth the trouble. Staff took a couple hundred dollars from inside our suitcase. They handled the situation badly and became very rude and hostile toward the end of our stay.

The construction noise is maddening, and the location is very secluded and dirty. This is literally a small apartment turned into a B&B, and the owner is rude. Save yourself time and money. Please, please don’t book!
