Chalet Lidia

The pool was amazing, and the gardens were beautiful. We spent time relaxing in hammocks under the lemon trees, and the breakfast and poolside food and drinks were delicious. The main areas were close enough, and they let us leave our luggage for a night while we went to Capri. They also offer laundry service. From the moment my wife and I arrived, everyone was friendly and helpful. It’s a family run place, and the whole family works hard and well together, including their cute, friendly dog Lucky. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and had good AC. They were cleaned each morning. We stayed three nights and this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We even extended our stay for another night within 30 minutes of checking in. Highly recommend!

The family who own and manage the chalet are amazing. They treated us like beloved family visiting town, and the on site cooking class was a lovely part of the stay. The manicured grounds are stunning, with a pool among roses and lemon trees. All the sites and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. It feels like a magical, peaceful garden oasis in the middle of Sorrento, and almost like your own private retreat, with just one garden view suite and a charming, immaculately clean chalet cottage. Absolutely wonderful, one of the most incredible properties I’ve seen.

Giuseppe and Angelo were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We loved breakfast in the garden and booked the cookery school, which was a fantastic experience. The clean chalet sits in a beautiful garden, in a great spot for the shops, restaurants, and marina. A little slice of paradise. We’d love to come back.

The chalet is tucked behind a wall in a garden paradise. It has three private seating areas and a private lawn with room for several yoga mats, and we could also enjoy the large, magical garden around it. The cottage was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Giuseppe welcomed us warmly with a pitcher of lemon water fresh from the garden, and his kindness deserves a second mention. This was the best place we stayed during our two weeks in Italy. It’s ideally located near the beach and historic center. I’d be thrilled to return, and highly recommend staying here.
