The rooms are huge, and the bathroom is huge too. It’s a very nice place to stay in Sorrento, just a five-minute walk from the train station. Overall, a very good stay. A few things could be improved. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8:00, but tourists use Sorrento as a base for day trips along the Amalfi Coast and may need to leave early. Starting at 7:00 would help. Sorrento ResArt Suite is on the building’s second floor, with no sign outside, so it’s hard to find. The complicated check-in details should be emailed in advance. I had a hard time finding the person and figuring out the process.

This was awful. We booked almost a year in advance, but they cancelled our reservation just six days before the trip, right in the busiest season. We were suddenly left without a room when everywhere was already booked. We lost a huge amount of money. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you want to end up spending the night on the street.

They took payment for our reservation, made in fall 2025 for May 2026, then cancelled it with only six days left before the trip. That’s terrible. Cancel a month ahead if you have to, but doing it six days before arrival leaves no good hotels available. In ten years of traveling, this has never happened to me. A greedy hotel that can ruin your vacation before it even starts. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

The room had a nice balcony and a great shower. The location is very good, close to the train station and an easy walk to and from the city center. Breakfast was nice and brought to the room by a very friendly woman. The hosts were amazing, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

The woman who handled breakfast and cleaning was an absolute gem, so friendly and helpful, and she made our stay even better. Emanuel(owner) was wonderful too. We stayed seven days, loved every minute, and would absolutely come back. Our room was comfortable, secure, and had everything we needed. The location was very central, close to everything we could want.
