The owner was approachable and nice, and the location is good value. It felt safe, and there were fresh towels. Sharing the property with other people can be quite loud. There were also a few ants and a bit of a bad smell from the drain. Fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t be comfortable staying more than 2-3 nights.

The short distance to the center and the forest decor were the positives. But the booking was misleading: we selected bed and breakfast, then found out on arrival that breakfast wasn’t provided because there was a kitchenette. That meant extra spending at a nearby bar. The windows leaked and the room was very cold. Tarpaulins flapped noisily in the wind, making sleep impossible, and the swimming pool was dirty and green. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a pleasant B&B. If you want hotel-style breakfast, this place isn’t for you. For this price, choose a hotel.

Villa Concetta is a peaceful little gem, within walking distance of Sorrento city center. The family who runs it are lovely and friendly. Amazing place, and my strongest recommendation!

The host was slow to respond, or didn’t respond at all. The bedroom A/C never worked during the trip, and the hot water wasn’t reliable.

Everything about this B&B was perfect. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from everything, and I’d definitely recommend it!
