Diamond Home De Luxe

Michael was incredibly attentive, helping with sightseeing, restaurants, and parking. I've never had that kind of personal attention, even from a professional concierge. He couldn't control the weather, though I suspect he might have offered a prayer to change it if we'd asked. We stayed at the Diamond Suites for our last three nights, and I don't think I've ever given a full five stars before. The room, linen, shower, toilet, and bidet were all beautifully clean. There was a strong WiFi connection, plus a mini fridge and kettle. The very large bed was neatly made and wonderfully comfortable. We slept brilliantly, without any outside noise during our stay. The location is about as close to the center as you can get.

The owner was friendly and always had useful suggestions, and the service made us feel right at home. At Diamond Suites Sorrento, our room was modern, new, and spotless, with a cute little balcony. Being right in the center made it so easy to explore town. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

We checked in, but left after an hour because the place wasn't what we expected. We prefer four-star hotels and amenities, so it wasn't for us. The room was very clean, though it smelled as if it had just been painted. It had little storage and felt sparse, and the air conditioning didn't work. This isn't a hotel in the usual sense, but six rooms in an apartment building. It might suit young adults who don't need luxury and just want a clean room. Michele, the owner or manager, was very helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. But a week after we left without staying, and after he told me he wouldn't charge us, he tried to charge the stay to my credit card. My advice is to run and not stay here.

Michele went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect. We had an amazing time at Diamond Suite and highly recommend it.
