Ely’s suites set a high bar for the rest of our three-week European trip. The location is ideal for walking around, and you can even walk to the boat dock to catch a ferry to Positano. Every morning there was fresh breakfast, including some of the sweetest fruit I've ever had. Alessia was our go-to for questions. She knows the area well, was eager to help, and could steer us toward or book tours and restaurants. Her advice was a huge help since we're 67 and 68 and speak only English.

Alessia was a lovely, kind host and helped us organize excursions. The room was well located near the train station, and I'd happily stay here again. We had a comfortable bed, and the modern room was nicely appointed with three balconies offering great views of the city center. Luisa, the housekeeper, brought a lovely range of breakfast items, coffee, and juices every morning. Daily room service was included, with unlimited coffee and snacks available throughout the day, plus complimentary snacks in the room.

Elysia was so kind and knew the area well. When the rain started, she helped us come up with other plans. The rooms were perfect, like staying in a spa. There was hot water, strong water pressure, breakfast, and free drinks in the fridge. It was convenient for the ferry port, train station, restaurants, and shops.

The location was excellent, right in Sorrento's city center with so much within walking distance. Our room was very clean, and breakfast each morning had a great spread. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, especially Alessia and Luisa, the housekeeper. They made our stay great. We enjoyed it very much and would stay again!
