For €250 a night, this felt extremely basic. There weren't even cups in the room for coffee, and the guy brought paper ones only after we asked. Breakfast was a single croissant and coffee, served about 150 meters from the apartment complex. They wouldn't store our luggage either, so we had to find somewhere ourselves.

The apartment itself is lovely, with a nice balcony, a spacious bathroom, a kettle, and a fridge. The owners are very helpful, and the location makes getting around easy: it's near the bus stop, train station, town center, and a supermarket. Breakfast is the weak point. Instead of serving it in-house, they give you a limited option at cafes that aren't especially pleasant. I'd rather they just offered the room without breakfast. You also can't leave your luggage there.

The breakfast was excellent, and the bar staff were really kind. The rooms are spotless and right in the center of Sorrento, just a short walk from everything. The owner was thoughtful and friendly, too. Only reason we didn't give five stars: when we arrived, there wasn't a bottle of water in the fridge. Maybe we missed it, or perhaps it wasn't included.

We only spent one night, but had a wonderful time. The room was modern, lovely, clean, and roomy, and Viviana was attentive and kind throughout. The shared pool is still very large, and the lifeguard kept an eye on COVID regulations. A couple of things could be better: breakfast at the nearby bar had no options for someone like me who doesn't eat brioches or croissants, and the B&B could use clearer signage, perhaps on the intercom. Even before we arrived, Viviana's kindness made us feel looked after, and we'll remember how pampered we felt.
