Gardenia Sorrento Coast, Ascend Hotel Collection

Our room felt a little tight, but it was comfortable and clean. We loved the pool and deck, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they were happy to let us start a little earlier. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Everyone was so kind, from check-in through breakfast and even late-night drinks. Someone was always ready to help. Shoutout to my girl Tatiana. We spent the last five days of our Italy trip here and were so glad we chose it. The only small downside is the distance from downtown, but it was completely fine since being farther out gave us some peace and quiet. Highly recommend. Thank you!

After a long, stressful trip with our two kids, Simona greeted us with real warmth and professionalism. Check-in was easy, and she went out of her way to help our family feel welcome and comfortable. Her tips about the hotel were useful, and she made us feel like valued guests. We also loved the restaurant and its staff. Tizania welcomed us with a smile each time, remembered what we liked, and was attentive and kind. She treated our children with such care that meals felt like family dinners. The manager stepped up with thoughtful help when we hit a difficult moment, and her genuine care made us feel looked after. What began as a hectic journey became a memory we'll cherish, thanks to this team. They showed wonderful hospitality. We can't recommend coming here enough, and can't thank the staff enough!

The city can get pretty noisy at times, so that affected how we felt about the location. Still, the hotel was clean and nice, and breakfast was wonderful every day. The place was comfortable and well situated for Pompeii, Herculaneum, and the surrounding area. Parking is available if you have a car, but it costs extra, just so you know.
