Waking up to the view of Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius was a highlight. Our balcony looked out over incredible scenery, and the room had everything we needed to be comfortable. Hotel La Vue D'Or isn’t an easy walk from Sorrento, but the complimentary shuttle was reliable and ran regularly between the hotel and town. The staff made the stay especially good. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and quick to help. They even found lactose-free milk so I could have tea in the morning and coffee in the evening, a thoughtful touch I really appreciated. We had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend Hotel La Vue D'Or to anyone in the Sorrento area.

The location made it easy to reach the main sights by public transport. Breakfast had a delicious mix of local and international choices. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities, so it was very comfortable. The staff were attentive and welcoming, always willing to help with requests. I had a wonderful stay, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend it for a convenient, pleasant visit, whether you’re travelling for work or leisure.

We had the best honeymoon here! The views were stunning, the food was nice, and the staff were so friendly. There’s a free shuttle bus running pretty much every hour.

We stayed in room 658 in July and August, and couldn’t fault a thing. The views were amazing, and both the food and drinks were excellent. Everywhere in the hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff across every department were incredibly professional, and nothing felt like too much trouble. We’ll definitely be back, next time with extended family. A truly special place in the beautiful Italian mountains. 10 out of 10.

The hotel team really stood out for their personal service, I can’t say enough about how impressive and attentive they were. Rooms were very clean and had beautiful views, and there’s a nice pool with spectacular scenery. Getting to Sorrento is easy with the free shuttle, and the SITA bus stop is only a one-minute walk away if you need it. Breakfast has a full spread that’s great for fueling up. Such a lovely hotel, and great value.
