The staff were rude and arrogant, and the place felt more like a cheap hostel than a hotel. For the same price, there are much better hotels within 10 minutes. Check-in closes strictly at 20:30. I told them two hours ahead that my bus was delayed and I'd arrive about 10 minutes late, but they wouldn't help, leave a key, or respond to my refund requests. When I got there at 20:40, the staff had already gone. No flexibility, understanding, or service. Avoid this place.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They let me check in very early without me even asking. I had no problems with bed bugs, and nobody else in the room reported anything like that. I'd stay again. I was in a mixed room for six. It was nice, clean, and organized, though if you look closely there are issues like mold. The main problem is how cramped it is for six people, with only two lockers. The shower head doesn't stay in place, which gets annoying, and everyone seemed to struggle with the door lock and key.

Everything was perfect, and the hostess was so friendly. The hostel is right in the centre, with everything easy to get to. See you next time!
