Appartamento Tramontano

Getting the door open took some trial and error: keep turning the key to the right while pulling the door toward you, then push it in. The apartment is also up four flights of stairs, with no elevator. We liked the space, the full kitchen and living area, and the location right in central Sorrento, near the shops and port. Cleanliness could have been better. There were a couple of marks on the sofa bedding and towels, though it was manageable. There was no toilet paper when we arrived. We texted and were told it would come in half an hour, but it didn't. We followed up that night and got a reply the next morning saying it would be brought over. By the time we returned that evening, it still hadn't arrived. We had to message once more before it was finally delivered.
