The location is fantastic, but the place itself was terrible. The toilet locks were broken, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the toilet flush was broken. The air conditioning stopped working on our third night. Best avoided.

The shower drain didn’t work, and there was no cleaning the day after our arrival. At first we found the apartment dirty. The owner only got back to us after several attempts, but eventually had it cleaned. I’d suggest being more humble, lowering my expectations, and paying closer attention to the details.

Handy for getting around Sorrento, with the train station and port nearby.

We didn’t get good value for the money. The location was excellent, but the kitchen was poorly equipped, the fridge needed defrosting, and the freezer couldn’t be used. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the cleaning and changeover service was inconsistent. Staff should inspect the apartment carefully before each stay to see what’s missing or broken, so guests don’t have to keep complaining about its shortcomings.

Right in the center, and very welcoming. Recommended.
