The service was what really stood out. The reception staff were warm and attentive, and everyone I spoke to before the reservation was helpful and professional. The hotel itself was modern, beautifully maintained, and spotless, with cleanliness a 10/10. My room had everything I needed, including a coffee machine, percolator, good shampoo and shower gel, and even a Dyson hair dryer. Palazzo Tasso is right in the heart of Sorrento, so everything is just steps away. I highly recommend it and will be back.

The staff were lovely and so hospitable, easily the best customer service we've had. We felt safe walking around, and with the hotel right in the center of everything, we'll definitely return to Sorrento.

From the balcony we could look out over the main pedestrian street, lively with bars and pubs in the evening. We liked sitting there with a drink and watching people go by. The room had a coffee machine and bottled water in the minibar, and even a Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom. Elena greeted us warmly, checked us in, and gave us a city map and great tips. The only thing that kept it from being perfect was a bothersome mould smell in the bathroom. There was no visible mould, and everything was very clean.

Everyone was really friendly, and they helped us arrange taxis back to Naples. The property was within walking distance of everything we needed in Sorrento. We enjoyed the stay and would happily come back.

The rooms were OK and the service was really good. I didn't have any issues, and although it wasn't cheap, that seemed to be the going price everywhere. Location-wise, Palazzo Tasso was the best choice for us. Last time we stayed in Il Capo, so far from everything that we had to rent a scooter.
