The room was entered every day without our permission, even though we’d said no to paid daily cleaning because we didn’t want extra costs or anyone around our valuables and money. Check-in was also a problem: the owner asked for an extra €200 security deposit, and since we didn’t have cash, we paid through PayPal. At checkout she handed us a €300 charge for a damaged roller, saying we’d broken it and she needed to replace it. We hadn’t even used it, and it was already damaged before we arrived. The owner was rude and unfriendly throughout. It was a horrible experience. I don’t recommend staying here, and please don’t pay her anything.

We got great value for the money. The host was really kind and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. It’s about a seven-minute walk from the center, so the location worked well too.

They only take cash, and the owner refused to give us a receipt. We were also charged incorrectly, then got calls from them over and over throughout Easter Sunday. Checkout was at 9, but the owner or keeper was already banging on our door at 8:30. Not relaxing at all. Terrible place, avoid it and stay somewhere else.

A lovely, clean room, and the host was very nice. The center is only about a five-minute walk away.

The view of Vesivio was superb. The room was really big, and the owner was very friendly.
