The property wasn't what we expected or what had been claimed, and our stay ended on a sad note during what was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime family trip to Italy. Getting to the beaches and town center took longer than suggested, so a car, taxi, or bus is needed. There were ants throughout the property, and we found mold in the bathrooms, tubs, and showers. Power outages left us without hot water for a day and a half. The outdoor furniture was also in poor condition. We were disappointed by the state of the villa.

After we booked flights, the agency canceled our confirmed Airbnb villa booking, which already included a deposit, and left us without a place to stay. They said a technical pricing issue meant we had to pay another €890, even though it was outside our control. We were willing to pay to keep the villa, but they wouldn't make any concession. A very unreliable agency. Avoid it!
