This review is just about the restaurant and swimming pool. Lunch was fresh, full of flavor, and generously served, then we went for a swim and had one of the most relaxing afternoons of our trip. Visiting in mid-September, we found a peaceful, welcoming oasis. I’m glad we left Syracuse and found this lovely part of the Sicilian countryside.

We were on our way to the Pantalica area and, without a booking to stay, asked on the spur of the moment if we could have breakfast there. They welcomed us warmly and served a wonderful spread of local foods at a very fair price. The setting was beautiful and wonderfully quiet, surrounded by nature. A perfect start to the day, thanks again.

The staff were excellent, always helpful and doing their best to make us comfortable. The rooms are simple, and everything feels relaxed. Lunch and dinner were lovely too. We had a really nice stay.

I visited during the last week of July, usually the hottest part of the year in Sicily, but a lovely breeze made this resort feel like an oasis. The pool looks out over rolling Sicilian hills, with incredible golden-hour views, and the poolside bar has tasteful music by the water. Cottages sit among centuries-old olive trees, with a main house for the kitchen and reception. The scenery is beautiful, the staff warm and kind, and the cuisine exceptional. This is a real gem, and I’d happily stay again.

We spent a few lovely days at Pantalica Ranch. The place and its setting are wonderful, with a truly local charm, comfortable rooms, and very tasty lunches. Our friendly host Andreas suggested some great outings to help us discover the region and introduced us to local cuisine as well. A full 10 out of 10. It’s a place I’d strongly recommend for a couple, family, or friends. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks for everything, and I hope to see you again.
