Room 3 gave us two nights without sleep. The heating has no room control, and when it comes on it gets unbearable, so I had to open the window at night and listen to the street. The bathroom has no heat, water goes everywhere because the shower isn't enclosed, and a carpet would have been a welcome sight. Water pressure kept surging and dropping, while noise from next door went on constantly, probably a pump switching on and off. I told the owner about it, but she just said not to touch the "thermostat," which doesn't exist. And to cap it off, there was no usable internet or Wi-Fi.

Sarah's courtesy and willingness to help are what made this such a lovely stay. She pays real attention to guests. The rooms were clean, and the location worked very well for what we needed. A little dressing table in the bathroom or another chair would have added comfort, but those are minor things. The welcome is what stood out.

Sarah and Mirko made me feel like part of the family from the moment I arrived. Their place has a warm, genuine feel, and all the little things, a smile, a kind word, the way they look after you, make it easy to feel cared for. Sarah first won my trust when I contacted the property for a school appointment. She listened, offered thoughtful advice, and never pushed. Finding somewhere that feels like home while travelling for work or an important commitment isn't easy. They also share useful ideas about places to visit, where to eat, and how to enjoy the area. They offer more than a comfortable place to sleep. Recommending them hardly covers it, this is a haven of kindness and human warmth that stays with you, and makes you want to come back. Their hospitality turns a stay into something special.
