We slept wonderfully, thanks in part to a bed that was a great choice. The apartment was bright and cool when we stayed in mid-September, and it had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to bed and bath linens. It’s tucked into one of Spello’s characteristic little lanes. Simone and Giulia’s kindness and helpfulness were what won us over from the start, even before we booked. The furnishings were really lovely, and every detail felt just right. We’d happily come back, and recommend it wholeheartedly. See you next time.

Simone was so welcoming and kind, and the apartment had everything we needed for cooking. It’s right in the heart of Spello, making it easy to see both Villa bassa (Villa dei mosaici) and the upper part of town. The place is lovely, cool in summer and full of light, with tasteful furnishings and two big, comfortable beds. We’d absolutely recommend staying here to enjoy Spello.

A peaceful spot in the historic center, and we’ll choose it again next time we vacation in Spello. The apartment is roomy and worth seeing for its thoughtful furnishings. Giulia was friendly, courteous, and ready to help right away.

The kitchen is large and well equipped, so it was easy to prepare whatever we needed. We stayed here with our family while visiting Umbria, and the apartment itself is beautiful, with everything we could want and more. Simone and Giulia made a great impression on us even before we set off. It’s on one of Spello’s picturesque, frequently photographed streets. If we come back to Umbria, we’ll stay at Borgo San Sisto Apartment again.

The apartment is right in the center of Spello, on one of its most decorated and well-kept streets. We’re on a road trip with our two kids, ages 5 and 8, and I picked this place after reading all the great reviews. Now I’m adding mine too! We got a lovely welcome, and the apartment is cute, spotless, and carefully put together. The owner is very kind and helpful. I’d recommend it and want to compliment him on how well he looks after the place. Thank you 🙏
