A few kilometers from Spello, this property has a swimming pool and staff who are always ready to help. It’s a great choice if you want some peace and quiet. The people are friendly, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommended.

The pool was available, and the views across Spello and the surrounding hills were breathtaking. The location is lovely, just outside Spello and handy for getting to Assisi and other villages. Our room was superb and very comfortable. Breakfast was generous and served by one of the hosts, who was always happy to offer tips on where to visit and eat. A really memorable stay!

Mirco and Fabio were friendly and helpful, and gave us great suggestions for places to visit nearby. We stayed six nights at the farmhouse, surrounded by olive trees and with a spectacular view of Spello. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, with en suite bathrooms, and the swimming pool was large and well equipped. Breakfast was very good, generous, and varied. Highly recommended.

It takes a car to get around here unless you’re keen on walking, and at first we didn’t want to come because it seemed out of the way. But it turned out to be so lovely that we almost resented having to leave to go sightseeing. The place has a beautiful setting and stunning views, and you feel pleasantly cut off from the world. This is green Umbria you can take in with all your senses.
