We made this quiet place surrounded by nature our base for cycling the area on gravel, and spent three days here with my son. We felt at home. Daniela was efficient and available whenever we needed something, but also knew how to give us space. Her presence and discretion made the stay perfect. The place feels authentic and simple, and breakfast was generous. We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for peace, quiet, and a home away from home. Thanks for hosting us, Daniela. Daniela is so kind, and makes a delicious breakfast in the old barn. The property is beautiful and well located, and our dog, Frida, was welcomed with affection too. We'll come back. Highly recommended.

The hostess was very kind, left a bottle of water for us on arrival, and gave us excellent suggestions for things to see. The rooms are spotless and look onto a lovely garden with a pool. There's a kettle with herbal teas and a mini-fridge, and breakfast is generous, with fresh pastries, yogurt, fruit, and savory options. It's a beautiful farmhouse in the open countryside, about 1.5 kilometers from the town center. The hostess is available for suggestions or anything you might need. The pool and garden make it a relaxing place in the evenings while still being close to town. Wi-Fi only reaches the nearby porch, not the rooms, but that didn't bother us at all.

We got exactly the restful stay we wanted, and our host Daniela was gracious. We spent four nights here in the countryside just below Spello, surrounded by the beautiful Umbrian landscape. Charming villages are only a few minutes away, so it's also handy for short outings. The room was simple but well cared for, with a comfortable bathroom and impeccable cleanliness. If mobility is an issue, this place is ideal, with no stairs or obstacles between the car and room. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh savory and sweet filled pastries each day, and you can even take a bite by the pool. In the excessive heat, the pool right in front of our room was a big help, and there were shaded sun loungers too.
