That balcony looking out over the countryside was lovely, and the apartment felt bright, roomy, and clean. We stayed for four weeks in April, right in the old part of town. The bathroom was large and had a washing machine. Osweldo was a fantastic host who went well beyond what was expected. We highly recommend Maddalena House.

Mr. Osvaldo even sorted out the parking for us, and the apartment had absolutely everything we could need. We spent a week there as four adults and two children. It isn't a huge place, though five people can stay comfortably. There's a double bedroom with an extra bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. We shifted the dining table so we could leave the sofa bed open. The owners were so kind and helpful, which made our holiday all the better. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend it. We had on-site parking, and shops and restaurants were close by. The apartment is right in the center of charming Spello, a handy base for getting to Umbria's best-known cities and villages. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the things we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, spices, bathroom supplies, pillows, and blankets.

Everything was close at hand from this house in the historic center. Inside, it was quiet, warm, comfortable, and spotless, with all the things we needed. Lorella was attentive and very kind about our requests, and made us feel at home. Thank you. We highly recommend staying here!

La Maddalena House is in Spello's historic center. It's a small apartment, but more than enough for four people on a short trip, and very comfortable. Everything was clean, and it had all the comforts we could ask for, including a lovely fireplace. Highly recommended.
