The owners were lovely, the setting beautiful, and the rooms had a special feel. What a wonderful place, a real gem that people haven't discovered yet.

Tiziana was so kind and attentive from the moment we arrived, greeting us with a smile and offering great suggestions for places to visit. Her hospitality made our stay even nicer. The B&B was welcoming, immaculately clean, and very well cared for. Our room was bright and spacious, with all the comforts that made it feel like home. I had a very positive few days here and would gladly return at the first chance. I recommend it without hesitation.

The evenings are pleasantly cooler here than in Spello, only five minutes away by car, even in the hottest months. Tiziana helps guests who aren't sure where to head each day, though it's just as tempting to stay home and relax by the pool. The B&B is beautiful and well looked after, with excellent breakfast and a strategic location. Highly recommended!
