Really great.

We spent a week here as a family, two adults and two children, with our little dog. The pool was a lovely place to unwind after trips or just spend a restful day, and the property is peaceful and looked after down to the details. The owners were discreet and kind. Its location also made it easy to reach Spello, Assisi, Perugia, and Spoleto in just a few minutes. The only possible downside is the nearby railway, but there's little traffic and it didn't bother us at night. We'd choose this place again for our next trip to this beautiful region. Highly recommended.

The property itself, owned by Giusi, is beautiful, but our experience was very negative, and we won't stay there again. We came for the last weekend of June 2022 with our whole family, including our children, spouses, and three grandchildren of different ages. We often take these peaceful, carefree family weekends, and we travel a lot, so I feel I have to describe how badly we were received. A month after booking and paying the deposit by bank transfer, the owner still hadn't recorded our reservation. When we arrived in the late morning, she greeted us aggressively and insisted we couldn't go into the room before 4 p.m. I could have understood that if the place had been full, but there were no other guests and the apartments were ready. There is a pool for guests, but following the rules she imposed so rudely would have meant we couldn't use it at all during our weekend stay. She was rude throughout the visit and kept reminding us that this wasn't a hotel, as if we were the ones ignoring the rules. It left us very embarrassed and spoiled the relaxed weekend we had hoped for.

This is a great base for getting around to Umbria's loveliest places. The owners were kind and helpful, and the property felt clean and welcoming. The pool made the holiday even better, especially for the children. Really suited to families. Highly recommended.
