The apartments are roomy and very clean, and the people are friendly. It's pretty quiet at this time of year, and the garden's a little overgrown. Good prices and good food too. Recommended.

Massimiliano and Barbara were so friendly and offered great tips about the area, always ready to answer questions. Breakfast at 8:30 felt a bit late, though it had all we needed, including homemade cakes and local cured meats and cheeses, well worth the price. The farmhouse sits below the hamlet of Eggi, just a five-minute drive from Spoleto. Its rooms are very spacious mini-apartments. Highly recommended.

The location worked really well for visiting Spoleto, the Marmore Falls, and other nearby sights. Parking is right outside the apartment, and there's a lovely outdoor pool for relaxing in the greenery. We spent a weekend here as a couple and had a relaxing stay. Massimiliano and Barbara were always smiling, kind, and helpful, and made us feel at home. Breakfast had both sweet and savory choices, with delicious homemade desserts.

Massimiliano and his wife are such kind, welcoming hosts. Their agriturismo is a peaceful spot surrounded by nature and greenery. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to relax in the Umbrian countryside.

We only stayed a short while, but Barbara and Massimiliano gave us such a warm, professional welcome. The place was lovely, quiet, and clean. We'd like to return for longer and see more of beautiful, green Umbria. Highly recommended.
