Livia and her father Francesco made us feel so welcome. They organized a pizza party with pizzas cooked in the property's ancient ovens, and a visit to a historic family home across the valley. The pool was exquisite, with incredible views, and the property itself was stunning, thoughtfully equipped and full of care in the details. Our family holiday at Pianciano was everything we’d dreamed of and surpassed all our expectations. We’ll be back, and hope to bring more family to this magical place. Thank you for having us ☺️

It was so cozy at Borgo di Pianciano that we could hardly bring ourselves to go sightseeing. We’d cook and eat outside, sometimes joined by the dogs, cats and chicken, then light the fireplace and settle in with a glass of wine. A supermarket and a market selling domestic products were an easy 10-15 minute drive away. We were four people, and the house was exactly what we wanted: charming, quiet, well equipped and typically Umbrian. Livia and the other employees were also quick and helpful whenever we needed anything. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

The five days we spent here with 25 guests for our intimate wedding on June 22nd gave us memories for a lifetime. We were blown away from the start. Livia communicated so well and was incredibly kind, while Dorel, Daniella, and Catarin, who live on the property, did so much for us. Francisco, Livia's father, even gave us a private tour of the original farmhouse. Thank you all again!

A wonderful agriturismo stay in Italy. The apartments are beautifully equipped, the property is lovely, and the people are so nice. Great for families or a relaxing break, with lots of towns worth exploring within an easy drive. Highly recommend.

There’s so much to enjoy that you might not want to leave the house: swimming, ping pong, the sauna, sunbathing, or hanging out with one of the cats or dogs. The place is stunning, and the owner is really friendly. I had a great time and highly recommend it.
