We had a week of pure relaxation, leaving the car behind and enjoying walks again. The apartment was comfortable, right in the center, and had all the amenities. Cleanliness overall could have been a little better. The owner is a wonderful person.

We spent a week in Spoleto with our family at Residenza i Due Mondi. The owner was a delightful person, very kind, affectionate, and helpful. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and equipped with every comfort, and we felt at home. It’s suitable even for families with small children. The place is right in the center, just steps from Corso Mazzini and the Spoleto Cathedral. Spoleto itself has a lot to see: views of the cathedral from the top of the steps, the Rocca Albornoziana, Ponte delle Torri, the Roman Theater, the market square, and more. Automated walkways, tunnels, and elevators make the center easy to get around. For outings, Marmore Falls, Bevagna, Spello, Rasiglia, Cascia, Norcia, Assisi and Mount Subasio, Foligno, Perugia, and Gubbio are all reachable from here. To us, it’s an ideal base for exploring Umbria’s valleys, forests for hiking, and beautiful lakes. And there’s the food too, including black truffles, Norcia cured meats and hams, cheeses, and Montefalco wine. We highly recommend Spoleto and Residenza i Due Mondi for a holiday in Umbria.

The owners were friendly and the apartment was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. It’s in a perfect location and would suit a longer stay. Highly recommended.
