We paid 45Euro for a double room, so it was good value. The room and bathroom felt luxurious, and breakfast was better than the average Italian breakfast. They do charge 2Euro for boiled eggs, an omelet, or toast, though. The hotel is right in the town center, but our TomTom GPS couldn’t find it and we spent more than an hour searching. Stop at the porta and ask around, since it’s on a ZTL street where cars aren’t allowed. Don’t follow your GPS there!! It was a really great place, and I’d stay again if they provided a baby cot and turned on the A/C.

The frescoed breakfast rooms are beautiful, and there’s a good, varied breakfast to go with them. Staff were courteous, the rooms spacious and well-appointed, and the property excellent. A great hotel in the heart of Spoleto, highly recommended.

The hotel is very nice and right in Spoleto’s historic center. We stayed from 07/20/2013 to 07/23/2013. The rooms seem soundproofed from outside noise, but sound carries between rooms. If you get unlucky with inconsiderate neighbors, you can forget about sleeping.
