Angela and her husband were perfect hosts, attentive, very friendly, and always around when we needed anything. They have a kitty too, who kept us company and made our stay even more special. We were here with my husband in the off-season for our Anniversary. We booked room #3 upstairs, with outdoor seating and stunning views of Spoleto and the fortress. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, modern, very comfortable, clean, and had all the conveniences we needed. The rustic but refined property has a gorgeous pool and lounging area, which we hope to enjoy next time in warmer weather. The location is great, just outside the center, so we got those unforgettable views and a country feel while still being less than 10 min. from the center.

The family here is wonderful and will do whatever they can to help. I come back every year. It’s my dream place, where I can properly relax away from noisy tourists.

I got through all seven Harry Potter books in a week here, it was that relaxing. Such a lovely place for a vacation.

Angela, the owner, is really helpful. The small apartment and the pool are both excellent, and it’s a great place to stay.
