Ostello Villa Redenta

I really regretted staying here. There was a lot of traffic noise because the place is right on the main road into Spoleto. It was noisy inside too: you only had to slam a door to lock a room, and there were lots of rooms along the same corridor. People were chatting in the entrance hall and on the stairs, treating them like a recreation room. I asked to move because I really needed rest, but the receptionist said the place was full, even though she had another room for two girls who were meant to stay there. I only stayed because it was already late. The next morning, the woman was really unfriendly. I complained that nearly everything at breakfast had sugar, apart from corn flakes, coffee, tea, and milk. The bread and toast were long-life packaged stuff, and there was packaged yogurt and industrial cake too. She replied, “Get your breakfast at the pharmacy.” My room was tidy, but nothing like the fancy rooms shown on the website. The road in those pictures isn't the one right outside the rooms, which is full of traffic.
