Relais Casina Copini

Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety, with options for Italian and European tastes. The staff were genuinely welcoming, and the room and shared areas were spotless. I visited in autumn, so unfortunately the pool wasn't an option for me, but everything else was wonderful. The hotel has a lovely garden and an inner courtyard where parking was easy. It's a peaceful place for enjoying Puglia, with beautiful surroundings and real hospitality. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay.

We had a great few days here in July with our two children. The hotel restaurant was so good that we ate there a couple of times, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was a good hotel for a reasonable price, and we'd love to visit again. Hotel Casina Copini is in the middle of Spongano, but has its own well-kept grounds, ample parking, and a large pool area with a cafe/bar that's also open to the public.

Only spent one night at this pleasant, simple, relaxing hotel, and I wish I could've stayed longer. It's right in the middle of a very typical Italian town. The pool is fantastic, and the bar has cool, inexpensive dishes. The staff were kind and friendly, and Daniele in particular was very professional. I'll be back next summer!

The hotel is well located, but felt overpriced even for August. The employees were unpleasant and noisy, with no smiles and no kindness. Their replies to bad reviews also struck me as aggressive and lacking self-criticism. At breakfast, our group of four was told to sit at separate tables even though we were together, and the breakfast itself was very poor. At 10 am, someone banged on our door to make sure we knew checkout was coming. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
