From December 26th to 28th, we stayed here for two nights and paid in full ahead of time after being told nobody would be there to welcome us. We’d requested a two-room apartment with a terrace and were given one. But strong winds blew cold air through the bedroom window, and there was no heat pump in that room. We called the mobile number for help. Nobody came, and we were moved to a studio without a terrace. That didn’t work for us, since we wanted a bedroom separate from the room where we ate. We’re still waiting for the final cleaning fee refund, since cleaning a studio costs less than cleaning a two-room apartment. We got no reply, and no refund. We also planned to spend a few hours in the lower ground floor area with children’s play spaces, a gym, and Wi-Fi, since the weather was bad. The heating there was off, so we couldn’t use it. We were only answered after another phone call. There was no apology, nobody came in person, and nobody refunded us. It was a terrible experience. If a property is sold with services, it should provide them. And if there’s a problem with a room, guests should be moved to an equivalent or better unit, not a worse one. They offered us a studio instead of a two-room apartment because all the apartments had no heating and were unfit for habitation. Also, the elevator sign said the final cleaning fee was €60, but we paid €75. Why? No answer.

The apartment was lovely, perfectly clean, and very welcoming. Everyone was kind, especially Cristina, who was always available to help.
